1) Lockbox needs to be in warranty before we process refurb, check the serial number in SentriKey

2) After checking warranty, check box for physical damage (missing buttons, cracked/broken key doors, water damage)

3) Sign and date form, include lockbox received serial number, and lockbox serial given out number.

4) Give refurb

5) Educate user to check notification in sentrilock inbox to pay (not realtracs)

6) Create a ticket and Upload the document into Freshdesk

(We get refurbed box back once sentrilock receives the payment)
