Lockbox Ownership Assistant (Clone card)

• Be sure you have a lockbox(es) that is in no-owner/Realtracs or pending transfer status.
• Open LBOAssist in your file explorer – log in with your Sentri credentials.
• Stick the LBO Assist card in the card reader.
• Enter a Search Value - this is the Account number of the person you need to clone, card number (A00xxxxxx) or app only number(Pxxxxxxxx) found in the SentriLock site, under User.
• Click Search – you should see the User’s information in the Cloned Card Section.
• Wait until you get a pop that says the card has been successfully created.
• Remove the card from the reader.
• Stick the cloned card into each lockbox that requires ownership, wait for a series of chirps to be completed before removing each time.
• When all lockboxes have been through the process, put the card back into the reader
• Wait until the pop up says “Sending DT_Assigned with X lockbox” (The correct number of boxes).
• Click OK.
• The black line at the bottom should read Successfully uploaded DT_ASSIGN files.
