The Security Settings page allows you to view your login information, change your password, and manage your registered devices. This option can be found by clicking on your name in the top-right corner of RealTracs and choosing Security Settings.
Here you will see your RealTracs username, your RealTracs ID, and the last time your password was updated. You can request a username change by contacting the RealTracs help desk. Your RealTracs ID is the numeric number associated with your account that you may need to provide to third party vendors when creating a personal website or registering for their services.
Changing your Password
If you would like to change your password while logged into RealTracs, you can do so from this page by clicking the Change Password link located near the top-right of the page. You may also change your password when logging in by clicking the Forgot Password link that appears on the page requiring the input of your password.
RealTracs allows you to have 5 registered devices. You can see the number of devices that you have registered from this section. Each device appears within a box. You'll see the registered operating system, the web browser, and the amount of time the device has been registered. To remove any of these devices, simply click the red "x" which appears on the right-hand side of the box for the device you wish to unregister.
