A listing's geocode may be incorrectly set when the listing is made Active. The instructions below will assist with changing the location so that it appears correctly within the RealTracs search results map. Please note: changing a listing's map location within RealTracs will not alter how it appears within Google Maps.

  1. Navigate to the My Listings tab of RealTracs and select Manage Listings.
  2. From the Manage Listings page, hover your mouse over the listing you wish to modify and click the three horizontal dots that appear on the right-hand side of the listing within the list. 
  3. After clicking the dots, select the Map Location option from the list. 
  4. A new window will open displaying a map. (Note: If the window does not open, more than likely your popup blocker is enabled. In this case, please click here to view how to turn off this setting.).


With the map displayed:

  1. Click the Add Pin button located at the bottom of the map.
  2. After the pin is placed, click and drag the pin to the correct location for the listing.
  3. Click the Geocode button.


You'll then receive a message stating that the geocode was conducted successfully. Your listing's location has now been updated.
