This page allows the broker to set sign-in permissions for each user, view an office or multiple office rosters, add users, and change if the user pays their own bill or if the office pays.
The property log tool shows modifications made to listings belonging to that office during a specified time-frame. Upon running this report, a broker can see the username of individual who modified a listing, which field was modified, the time and date of the modification, and the old and new data that had been changed.
This page allows the broker to turn on/off IDX syndication. When the option is turned to the “On” position, the broker is granting the right for other companies to include the office's listings on their websites. Also when turned “On,” the broker may choose which websites he wishes to syndicate to from the list of available choices.
A broker can transfer a user or accept an incoming agent to their roster. Individuals who are retiring would also be removed from the Office's roster through feature.
The broker can modify all office contact information besides their office name and broker code here. The ability to list Auction listings can also be selected/deselected by the broker here. This option is available by navigating to the “Auction” tab from the “Office Contact” tab. Note: If the option to list Auctions appears grayed out, our Membership department would need to be contacted and provided the Office's auction license number.
