Chrome and Firefox are the supported browsers of RealTracs 3.0 on a PC, with the addition of Safari on a Mac. If, after a successful login, an outdated version of a supported browser or an unsupported browser (e.g. Microsoft Internet Explorer) is detected, users will receive a notice to update their Internet Browser to ensure an optimal experience and full compatibility (fig. 1).
To update your Internet Browser, click the corresponding link below for the particular platform being utilized. This will ensure the most current browser update is installed on your computer. Please note: Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge are not currently supported browsers for RealTracs 3.0, nor is Apple Safari when utilized on a PC.
